Refunds & Exchanges
Our refund and exchange policy lasts 7 days, under EU distance selling regulations. In accordance with EU Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods.
If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us by post or email and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will need to return the entire order at your cost, unless demonstrated faulty, if you have already received them.
Defects or any other discrepancies should be reported to us by email at email@example.com no later than 7 days upon receipt of item(s). If notification is not received within this period, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
They are certain conditions where a return or exchange cannot be granted:
-Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of the necessary checks and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Shipping To return your product, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with address.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning items, until the goods reach our head offices, they are your responsibility. Please ensure you package goods well, to prevent any damage. If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
